Has my order shipped?
We will send you an email when your order has shipped. Your order status will also change on the My Account page, if you have an account with us.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you have an account with us, visit the My Account page to cancel your order. If you need to change your order, please contact us.
My order never arrived, or an item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact us so we can find out what happened.
When will my backorder arrive?
If you ordered a new release, your order will arrive on or around the release date listed on the product page of the book you ordered. If you ordered another backordered title, we will be in touch with the anticipated ship date.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account by visiting the My Account page, or by selecting to create an account during order checkout.
How do I edit my account information?
Visit My Account and click on the Addresses tab to manage your shipping and billing addresses and the Account details tab to edit your password and account details. Please note that if you’re waiting for a backordered item, the address you submitted with your order is the address to which it will be shipped. Please contact us if you need to change that address.
How much is my shipping?
We provide free shipping via UPS Standard Ground (4 to 7 days) in the contiguous United States for orders $100 and over. For orders that are under $100 we charge $6 if you’re ordering from our website.
For UPS Express (2 to 3 days), please contact us directly to receive a shipping quote and place your order.
I forgot my password.
Visit the Account details page in My Account to reset your password, or contact us if you are locked out of your account.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Pricing and Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge state sales tax for orders that have a Minnesota billing address. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please contact us directly to place your order to avoid sales tax.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
We automatically emailed you a receipt when you placed your order. You can also log into My Account page to view your order details.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged automatically by Square when you place your order.
I was issued a refund. When will my credit appear on my account?
It can take up to seven business days to complete and post the refund to your credit card statement.
